Our products are competitive.
As Doka’s production unit, we process metal and wood among other things to make beams, sheets, frames, props, load-bearing towers, tie rod systems and automatic climbers.
Top priority is given to fulfilling our customers’ requirements for all processes and activities and providing continuous improvements. Time, quality and costs are the key factors that allow us to continuously develop production but with our eyes on one clear target: we make production fit for the future.
Apart from modern workplaces, this also requires a suitable environment: highly automated systems for the industrial processing of wood and metal. Here we work as a team to develop production that is fit for the future and on exciting digitalisation projects. We are open to new ideas and are enthusiastic about learning more. That includes understanding our customers’ requirements. Once we have understood these, we are highly motivated to make them happen.
In facility management, production logistics and technology, in the manufacture of metal products, beams and sheets, in assembly, in quality assurance or in the training workshop – our values are the same: a strong sustainability mindset, an affinity for new technologies in manufacturing as well as digitalisation and an overarching end-2-end approach to processes.
Modern, digital, automated are not only the machines and systems, modern are also the jobs in Doka Production.
We asked the employees directly how their work is changing.
Fabian Wenzl
„Screwdriver? Yes, I still need it. But today I work more and more with the computer".
Fabian Wenzl is a trained electrician and works as a maintenance technician in St. Martin.
Markus Lindner
„Half of my job currently takes place here at the computer. In addition, I am a shift deputy and work directly outside at the machine. So I don't forget anything."
Markus Lindner is a trained machining technician and works as an offline programmer on the computer and as a production worker at the CNC lathe-milling machine.
Christian Löb
„I work on the digital twin. That's where we simulate how the plant reacts. In the meantime, the plant continues to work normally. That's a huge advantage."
Christian Löb is a trained plumber and works as an offline programmer in the new Framax production.
