“We let others shine,” is one on the principles of Global Human Resources (HR) at Doka. We do everything to ensure that our 7,000 employees are successful and are enthusiastic about working for Doka, whether it is when they first join the company, are looking to become managers or are experienced employees. This requires achievement-orientated people, who have enthusiasm, organisational talent, excellent communications skills and empathy.
