At the opening of Matexpo 2025, held from September 10–14 in Kortrijk, Doka was honoured with two awards at the official Matexpo Innovation Award Ceremony. Matexpo is one of Europe’s major trade fairs for construction machinery and technology, attracting more than 350 exhibitors and 40,000 visitors from across Europe.

The Matexpo Awards are a central highlight of the event, celebrating products that set new benchmarks in areas such as sustainability (Green Award) and site safety (Safety Award). This year, Doka received two prestigious recognitions that highlight the company’s leadership in the industry’s most important topics:
Winner – Safety Award: Smarter fall protection with Safeflex sliding mesh
The sliding mesh significantly improves safety on construction sites. The new system is easy to install, enhances worker safety at height, and is perfectly integrated in the working process – a practical solution combining safety with productivity.
3rd place – Green Award: Closing the loop with Xlife top
The new Xlife top sheet is a durable formwork panel with a core made of 100% recycled plastic. It extends service life, reduces refurbishment costs, and closes the loop by being fully recyclable – demonstrating that ecological responsibility and economic efficiency can go hand in hand.
