Doka 360 brings key steps of the formwork process into
one connected platform – from planning and ordering to material management, logistics, returns, invoices and digital services on the jobsite. The digital platform is designed to give customers a central place to access project information, complete routine tasks, collaborate with their teams and interact with Doka more efficiently.
“Doka 360 represents a major step forward in how we support our customers in the U.S.,” said
Michael Kennedy, executive vice president of Doka North America / Latin America and CEO of Doka USA.
“Contractors are managing increasingly complex jobsites, tighter schedules and more data than ever before. They need faster access to information, more transparency and fewer administrative touchpoints. Doka 360 gives them one connected platform to manage their daily business with Doka more easily and more efficiently.”
The
basic version of Doka 360 is available to customers at
no additional cost and provides access to practical self-service capabilities. Customers can, for example, review orders and deliveries, manage material information, register returns, access invoices and financial documents, invite colleagues, manage user roles and receive relevant notifications across their projects.
“Doka 360 is not just about digitizing existing processes," said Kennedy.
“It is about making everyday project work easier. When customers can see deliveries, material status, returns or invoices in one place, they gain time, clarity and control. That is where digital creates real value on the jobsite and in the office.”
Doka 360 includes a
personalized home base that gives customers a central view of tasks, updates and project activities across their work with Doka – helping them see what needs attention without having to search across separate systems, emails or documents. The platform is browser-based and can be accessed from a desktop or mobile device without the need to download an app. This allows project teams to access relevant information wherever work happens – whether in the office, on the jobsite or on the move.
In addition, Doka 360 includes an
AI-counting feature, which allows users to upload photos of materials or take photos directly with their smartphone. The AI then analyses the image by product groups and calculates the number of items.
Doka 360 also lays the foundation for the integration of Doka’s broader digital portfolio. Over time, customers will be able to access additional digital services and data-driven solutions through the platform, including sensor-based jobsite insights and future premium services.
The rollout will begin in a few states in the southeast of the U.S. in September 2026, followed by phased expansion for the rest of the country. Doka will support the introduction with local training, customer onboarding and market-specific enablement to ensure adoption and measurable value in daily use.
The U.S. rollout follows an early access phase with selected customers in Germany and the United States. During this phase, Doka worked closely with customers to validate the product vision, test core functionalities and integrate market feedback into the platform.

“Doka U.S. has always helped customers build safely and efficiently with proven formwork, scaffolding and shoring solutions,” said Kennedy.
“With Doka 360, we are taking that same commitment into the digital space. Our goal is to set a new standard for how formwork operations are managed, allowing customers to experience how it makes working with Doka simpler, faster and more transparent. The launch marks another step in connecting its physical formwork expertise with a digital ecosystem built around the realities of construction.”
