Formwork systems are designed for maximum use of standard panel types, but special panels can be manufactured for all types of buildings and structures, and can include all architectural features for construction speed, efficiency and finish quality.
Doka Monolithic is designed for high reusability to maximise your formwork investment returns. Thanks to the efficiency of our design and simplicity of our methodology, Doka Monolithic panels can be reused and redesigned for multiple projects.
As Doka Monolithic is optimally adapted to the structure-improvisations are no longer necessary, saving time and money.
Doka Monolithic is a monolithic formwork system for forming, casting and stripping wall and floor panels in a single operation. All structural components can be integrated into a monolithic construction process. The complete system can be assembled and repositioned by hand thanks to the use of lightweight aluminium panels.
Doka Monolithic formwork panels are connected with simple Pin & Wedge fixings, or optional Fast Lock panel mounted fixings and require no special tools, just a hammer.
The panels are anchored quickly and easily with flat wall ties that also serve to define and control wall thickness. The flat ties are provided with plastic sleeve coverings to allow fast and easy removal of the ties and making the ties fully reusable through the project.
Doka Monolithic is able to form all of the building components including walls, columns, shafts, floors, beams, window and doors openings are cast with the system.
Doka Monolithic is designed for easy formwork stripping processes with vertical formwork able to be removed after 12 hours, or concrete strength of
Stairways can also be integrated into a monolithic casting, eliminating the need for secondary forming or stairs, or pre-cast stairs.
Guardrail systems are easily assembled with the Doka Monolithic handrail post and protect the crew during the casting process. Doka Monolithic brackets can be used to assemble working platforms for safely forming and stripping additional each level of the building.
