Novotel, 40 Marsh Wall

The Novotel is a 40 storey hotel providing over 300 bedrooms and is situated in a prime location within the London Docklands. The external glazing offers views over the Canary Wharf business district. The top floors comprise restuarants and bar and are accessed via a feature staircase. The structure consists of a central concrete core consisting of stairs, lifts and service shafts and the slabs are reinforced concrete with supporting rc columns.
